rETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

European Union

We include a return label with every EU delivery, which you can affix to the box and return to us free of charge.

• Fill in the return form included with your package, or download here.
• Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided
• Drop the parcel off at your local DHL Drop Off Point.
• Notify us of your intent to return.

Rest of the World

For returns outside of the European Union:

• Fill in the return form included with your package, or download here.
• Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
• Customers returning products from outside the EU are responsible for any taxes and duties payable on the shipment.
• Contact us with your tracking ID and intent to return .

• Please ensure all returned goods are well packaged, to avoid any damage during transit.
• Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us.
• Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days of us receiving your return.
• Please note the original shipping charges will be excluded unless the item is faulty.
