Nothing leaves our workshop without meeting our exacting standards. We test, refine, and rework until the garment moves beautifully, fits perfectly, and represents everything we stand for as a family and a brand.
Our Stages:
Design & Development
We collaborate closely with designers, translating creative vision into technical patterns using the latest CAD systems and knitting technologies.
Yarn Sourcing
Our long-standing partnership with Donegal Yarns ensures access to premium, traceable wool – rich in texture, colour, and character. We also source Natural blends, using merino, mohair, alpaca, cashmere, linen, cotton.
Knitting
Using state-of-the-art electronic machines, we produce fully fashioned garments with accuracy, and minimal waste, without ever losing the hand-finished touch that defines our work.
Finishing & Washing
Our in-house wash plant allows full control over texture, hand-feel, and drape, delivering softness and quality that meet the highest luxury standards.
Inspection & Packing
Every item is inspected by our skilled team – some of whom have been with Bonner for over three decades – before being carefully prepared for global dispatch.
